General terms and conditions

Country-specific GTCs are required for each country in which JUFA Hotels offers its services. Below you will find the GTCs for the following countries: Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein and Switzerland.

• For bookings made from 23.10.2025, the GTCs as of 23.10.2025 apply
• For bookings made from 15.04.2024, the GTCs as of 15.04.2024 apply
• For bookings made up to and including 14.04.2024, the GTCs as of 01.02.2021 apply
