Since May 2021, the JUFA Hotel Laterns – Klangholzhus***s welcomes you at over 1,000 meters above sea level in the municipality of Laterns in the idyllic Laternsertal, a side valley of the Rhine Valley, in Vorarlberg.
Spend relaxing days in one of over 47 luxurious rooms with modern wooden furnishings, an indoor tonewood play world for the kids, the spacious reception area with the Klangholzcafé and a wellness area with tonewood sauna.
The JUFA Hotel Laterns – Klangholzhus***s is located directly at the skiing area Laterns-Gapfohl. With over 27 kilometers of slopes, two chairlifts and two T-bar lifts, the ski area is perfect for families. In addition, the ski school, the magic carpet and the practice lift at Tipiberg offer everything young novice skiers need for their first experience on the slopes. Your skis are in good hands in one of the two ski cellars with ski boot heating.
Those who prefer to enjoy the winter off the slopes can go on a ski tour, strap on their snowshoes or enjoy nature on a winter hike. In addition, the four-kilometer natural sledding track provides fun and entertainment. You can get the necessary equipment at Skiverleih Herbert directly at the valley station.
The Laternsertal is known far beyond the Austrian borders for its tonewood, a high quality wood for instrument making.
