You can print out the voucher conveniently and spontaneously at home or opt for a lovingly packaged voucher box that will be sent to you. Also perfect for those who are late with the presents.

You can redeem the Family Box in all 3***, 3***s and unclassified JUFA hotels. The two JUFA hotels in Savognin (Switzerland) and Malbun (Liechtenstein) are excluded – here the Family Box can be used as a voucher.
The box can also be redeemed in our 4**** hotels for an additional charge of € 65 per stay.
Bookings are subject to availability. A limited number is available for each hotel and date. Stays are not possible during the Christmas and semester holidays, as well as on trade fair/event dates and long weekends.
Our voucher box includes a booking for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (up to 15 years old). Additional children are welcome for an additional charge of €25,- per night per child.
By default, we book the “family room” category for you. Here, the children stay in the parents’ room. Other room categories can be booked for an additional charge.
With the Family Box you can feast on our extensive breakfast buffet with special delicacies from the region.
The Family Box is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After this period of validity has expired, the box can be redeemed as a voucher for the amount of the purchase price.
A voucher cannot be redeemed for the purchase of a new Family Box.
The Family Box is applicable to new bookings. In addition, only one voucher or voucher box is valid per booking/stay. Additional discounts and price reductions cannot be granted.

The overnight stay tax is charged on site and is not included.
Yes, you can redeem your Family Box, but you will have to pay the normal price per night for the nights that are missing from the minimum stay.
No, that is not possible. A Family Box is valid for a stay of 2 consecutive nights and cannot be extended with a second Family Box.
You can always pay for additional nights at the normal price and for any number of nights.
In order to give all JUFA guests an equal chance of buying one of the coveted Family Boxes, we have decided that it is not possible to make a reservation for this special offer.
You can arrive on any day of the week, this applies to all JUFA Hotels, with the exception of those hotels that exclude a certain day as an arrival or departure day. However, you can see this directly when booking on the respective days.
