Winter fun in Savognin
Children love Savognin because of the Flurin children’s slope, the La Nars children’s ski paradise, the toboggan runs, and the snowpark. Adults love Savognin just as much for the beautiful views, the cozy mountain huts, and of course, the extra-wide and long slopes.
Early bird skiing
In Savognin, the skiing fun can start early in the morning. From February to March, the main axis Savognin – Piz Martegnas opens every Sunday for early risers before the regular time for early-bird skiing.
In February, the ski day begins at 6:30 AM, and in March at 6:00 AM from the valley station. While it’s still dawn, you board the gondola, and with a bit of luck, you’ll be greeted at the top by a fabulous sunrise. The sun’s rays shine through the mountain peaks, making the snow glitter in the twilight in a completely new way. In this peaceful atmosphere, you can start the day and enjoy the slopes almost by yourself.

Cross-country skiing in Val Surses
If you want to explore the expanses and plains on cross-country skis, you have three longer loops available: in Savognin (1200 meters above sea level), Rona (1400 meters above sea level), and Bivio (1800 meters above sea level).
Sledding Val Surses
The toboggan runs in Val Surses guarantee a winter adventure for young and old alike. The ascent can be comfortably done with the mountain lift, so nothing stands in the way of enjoying the downhill ride.
A special feature in Bivio are the extraordinary mountain sleds, with which you can comfortably ride with the drag lift to Camon and then enjoy the descent back to Bivio.
