In the Wipptal with its five side valleys, you can enjoy untouched nature in all its most beautiful variations. Here, you’ll find 100 km of well-groomed cross-country ski trails for all difficulty levels, secluded areas for ski tourers and snowshoe hikers, and numerous well-cleared winter hiking trails that invite you to experience snow adventures off the slopes. Several natural toboggan runs with cozy places to stop await your enjoyment. With the Wipptal Guest Card, you can use the cross-country ski trails for free and borrow snowshoes and hiking poles at no cost. Also nearby the JUFA Hotel is the base station of the “Bergeralm” ski area, perfect for a ski day with around 30 km of slopes. The diverse guest program offers various winter activities such as guided snowshoe hikes, a culinary triathlon, or torchlight and winter hikes, available either free of charge or for a small fee. You’ll be well-equipped with the daily snack to take along in the JUFA “Rauszeit” box.
