Welcome to Wolferl's
Our kitchen team will create selected traditional Salzburg dishes for breakfast, lunch or dinner at Wolferl’s Restaurant & Lounge. In the inviting modern interior, perfectly attuned to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the fortress in the centre of the city of Mozart.
The sun terrace has a very special highlight in store for you with the “Jedermann-Tafel” (‘Everyman Table’): Dine royally at our white table on golden chairs!
Our younger guests can have fun in our spacious 2-storey indoor play area, Wolferl’s Kids Club, while you enjoy the moment as a couple.

A glimpse into the past
Joannes Chrysostomus Wolfgangus Theophilus Mozart (1756-1791) – “Wolferl” – was a child prodigy and could only be soothed in his cradle when his father began to play the violin.
What we have left of Wolfang Amadeus Mozart today is the joy of his immortal music. The “Magic Flute” was his last opera, which he wrote in 1791.
For him, it was extremely important for whom he played. If he had music lovers in the audience, he played more passionately and, above all, for longer.
