The Pyhrn-Priel vacation region with the Kalkalpen National Park offers climbing and via ferrata routes of all levels of difficulty. Climbers will get their money’s worth here: from the Bannholzmauer practice rock, the Wildfrauen via ferrata or the climbs on the Großer Priel – Austria’s longest via ferrata! – or Poppenberg to over 300 climbing routes on the Kampermauer, and so on and so forth. In the Windischgarsten climbing hall, just 10 minutes away, you can refine your technique and train indoors in bad weather.
