By booking a service from JUFA Hotels, you give your consent that the data you provide within the framework of the booking may be used by all operating companies of JUFA Hotels (JUFA Hotels Österreich GmbH (FN 286662m), JFGH Raabs ErrichtungsgmbH (FN 324022d), JFGH Seefeld-Kadolz ErrichtungsgmbH (FN 334322a), JFGH Neutal ErrichtungsgmbH (FN 383996a), Sport-Campus Leibnitz GmbH (FN 325755b), JUFA Hotels Deutschland GmbH (HRB 29099), JUFA Ungarn Kft (Cg.18-09-109130), JUFA Hotel AG (FL-0002.498.025-8), JUFA Luxembourg s.á.r.l. (B208751) for the purpose of processing bookings at the JUFA hotels. Your data will be used by the aforementioned companies exclusively for the aforementioned purpose and will be treated confidentially in accordance with the provisions of data protection law. Your data will be stored for a period of 3 years from the last business contact with an operating company of JUFA Hotels, or in the event of the use of a service of one of the operating companies for as long as statutory retention periods are in existence.

Data processing for online bookings via the JUFA website

The data provided by the customer during the booking process via the website www-jufahotels-com-staging.jufa-web-hzn.aurorawp.at will be processed by JUFA Hotels Österreich GmbH, Idlhofgasse 74, 8020 Graz, FN 286662m. The processed data fall under the following data classes: Name data, contact data, date data, name of the accommodation, data concerning services, total number of participants, terms of payment / contract. The purpose of data processing is to process the customer’s enquiry, to compare the data entered with the existing data records in order to be able to assign the enquiry to the correct data record in the case of a booking already made in the past, and to transmit a non-binding offer for the travel data specified in the booking process as well as a reminder before the expiry of the offer by e-mail. The data collected will be processed exclusively for the purposes disclosed and treated confidentially in accordance with the provisions of data protection law. In the event that your booking is cancelled, the data collected will be stored for a period of 18 months and then deleted unless further processing is covered by another legal provision.
