Our hotel is located amidst one of Germany´s oldest natural reserve, close to Bonn. Hiking trails to the Heisterbach monastery and to the top of the famous Petersberg lead directly past the hotel, as well as the popular Rheinsteig. From our terrace, you can enjoy the view across the river Rhine, and sometimes be joined by a graceful falcon. Several times a year, a shepherd visits the hotel together with his flock – quite an experience for the children!

Getting there
The JUFA Hotel Königswinter**** is located on the eastern side of the Rhine, opposite the municipal district of Bad Godesberg, in Bonn.
From Bergstraße: continue on Bergstraße – stay left – JUFA Hotel is on the left side.
Coming from the south (Frankfurt am Main):
Via A3 direction Köln/Rüsselsheim until exit Siebengebirge/Königswinter – follow Königswinterer Straße until L331 – Ferdinand-Mülhens-Straße – turn right onto Hauptstraße – see “from Bergstraße”.
Coming from the west/north (Düsseldorf/Cologne):
Via A46 direction Wuppertal/Köln – take A59 direction Köln/Leverkusen – continue to Dortmund/Frankfurt am Main – direction Bonn/A59/Flughafen Köln/Bonn – change to B42 until exit direction Oberdollendorf/Niederdollendorf/Bonn-Oberkassel – keep left towards Bad Honnef – roundabout third exit (Grüner Weg) – turn right onto Cäsariusstraße – follow Cäsariusstraße to Bergstraße – see “from Bergstraße” for further details
Coming from the east (Leipzig, Dresden):
Via A9 direction Munich/Erfurt to Hermsdorfer Kreuz – change to A4 direction Frankfurt am Main/Erfurt/Jena – change to A7 and then A5 direction Frankfurt/Wiesbaden – change to A480 to exit B49 direction Gießener Ring/
A45/Dortmund – take the B49 to exit A3 direction Köln/Koblenz to exit Siebengebirge/Königswinter – follow Königswinterer Straße to L331 – Ferdinand-Mülhens-Straße – turn right onto Hauptstraße – see “from Bergstraße”.
There is a very good regular train service to the train stations Königswinter and Königswinter-Niederdollendorf. The station is 15 minutes by foot from the JUFA Hotel Königswinter****.
Or take the tram line 66 from Bonn main station in the direction of Bad Honnef and get off at Königswinter-Oberdollendorf.
