The family-friendly JUFA Hotel Schladming*** is located right in the town center and yet only 200 meters away from the famous Planai. In summer, hikers from all over the world come here. Whether hiking, climbing, cycling, or swimming – the impressive landscape of the Dachstein Region can be experienced actively or leisurely.
A hotel-owned indoor adventure area with a climbing wall and table tennis guarantees active leisure activities right at the hotel. Children can romp around on the playground while parents relax in the Finnish sauna, steam bath, or infrared cabin. After an extensive hiking or biking tour, treat yourself to a freshly brewed coffee with delicious cake in our café.
The lively Schladming city center is attractive at any time of day or night. Thanks to the hotel’s central location, even the youngest ones can enjoy evening city walks with their parents.

You can rent high-quality bicycles, e-bikes, as well as accessories like helmets from Intersport Bachler from Monday to Sunday.
Getting there
The JUFA Hotel Schladming*** is located in the town center of Schladming and is only a few steps away from the Planai valley station, easily accessible by car. Paid parking spaces are available for cars and buses.
Coming from Graz: Take the A9 highway, exit at Liezen, then take the B320 Ennstalbundesstraße until you reach the beginning of Schladming. Turn left before the JET gas station, follow the signs towards Planai/Zentrum Schladming, and at the roundabout after Planai, take the 4th exit onto a narrow street (Berggasse). Turn right at the public parking lot, then turn right again, and once more to reach Wetzlarer Platz: Welcome to the JUFA Hotel.
Coming from Linz: Take the A1 West Autobahn, exit at Knoten Voralpenkreuz towards Liezen/Phyrnpaß/Graz. From Liezen, follow the same directions as above.
Coming from Salzburg: Take the A10 Tauern Autobahn, exit at Eben/Pongau, then take the B146 towards Schladming Ost/Planai valley station. Follow the directions as mentioned above.
