Kamp-Thaya-March Cycle Route
The 445 kilometre long Kamp-Thaya-March cycle route (KTM) is deemed to be one of the most beautiful cycling routes in Austria. This popular route in the north eastern corner of Lower Austria follows three rivers, the Kamp, the Thaya and the March. The section running through the Waldviertel is probably the most beautiful part of the route. If you would like to continue exploring the Waldviertel area, you can leave the KTM cycle route at Altenberg and switch over to the Kloster cycle route, which is a 250km long circuit around the Waldviertel.
