Getting there
The JUFA Hotel Waldviertel***s is located in the Lower Austrian town of Raabs an der Thaya, directly on the banks of the Thaya River and is easily accessible by car. Free parking spaces are available for cars and buses.
From Vienna: Follow the Danube motorway A22 towards Prague/Brno/Sankt Pölten/B7/CZ – Take the exit towards Krems/Strebersdorf/Prague/B3/St. Pölten – at exit 31-Stockerau Nord, head towards Horn – drive on the Horner Bundesstraße B4 until you reach the roundabout – at the roundabout, take the second exit (B4/Horner-Bundesstraße/Wilhelm Miklas Pl.) – Follow the route (you will pass Irnfritz, Klein Ulrichschlag, Tröbings) – at Aigen, turn right towards Lindau – follow the road towards Lindau – pass Lindau, continue to Raabs – in Raabs, turn right at Bahnstraße – turn right at Hamerlingstraße to reach the JUFA Hotel.
From Munich/Salzburg/Linz: Follow the West motorway A1 towards Vienna – Merge onto S33 towards Krems/Sankt Pölten-Ost at the Knoten Sankt Pölten junction – Follow the route until B37 (signs for B37/Krems) – Take B218/Langenloiser-Bundesstraße over the Langenlois/Horn ramp – at the roundabout, take the third exit (B34/Kamptal-Bundesstraße) – turn right towards Fernitz and follow the road – at Freischling, turn right towards Raan, Buttendorf – Turn left at B4/Horner-Bundesstraße – drive on Horner Bundesstraße B4 – continue as from the Vienna direction.
From Klagenfurt/Graz: Follow the South motorway A2 towards Vienna – continue on A23/E59 towards Favoriten/Wien – at the A22 exit towards B7/Praha – continue as from Vienna.
