A nationwide collective agreement in Austria and standardized benefits in Germany.
Our employees are our greatest asset, because even the most beautiful hotel room is nothing without the genuine smiles and dedication of our staff.
We’ve carefully crafted and negotiated to ensure our employees receive numerous contractual benefits. In September 2023, we introduced our own collective agreement in Austria, offering many advantages for our team and staff members in our hotels. We’ve also extended the most important and valuable benefits to all our locations in Germany.
