With varied, sportily creative, nutrition-conscious programmes, we help children and young people in the group to find a practical access to a health conscious lifestyle. “Feel good within yourself” and “He who knows best where the shoe rubs is he who wears it” – are idioms that show us how important it is to “listen to yourself” and also to make known when something “goes against the grain.” 

In games, exercises and a lot of movement in nature, the participants are sensitized to different topics and learn to laugh and talk about themselves.
