“Do something good for your body, so that your soul is happy to live in it.”
The quiet location, together with the contemporary wellness facilities of the JUFA Hotels, let you “switch off” and enjoy quiet hours in a pleasant atmosphere. Take time for yourself and experience relaxation for your body, mind and soul. Under the guidance of our experienced yoga teachers you will immerse yourself in the world of yoga and return relaxed, refreshed and strengthened by your JUFA Time Out.

And of course, everything without constraint and time pressure. You can just as well lie down in the grass with a good book, read a story to your child or enjoy the wellness landscape in the cosy warmth. For a few hours, forget about the often exhausting everyday life and give yourself or your family time, so that you can return home refreshed and full of energy.

Janina Brunner, social pedagogue and Dipl. Flow Yoga teacher
“Yoga is not about being able or not to touch your toes. Much more important ishow to get there and what you learn on the way”.
My yoga lessons invite you to flow with your breathing and to relax in the movement. The meditative movement sequences or “flows”, which represent flow yoga, consist of a colourful blend of challenging and relaxing postures. The flows will provide you plenty of space for you to find your individual form of movement and to get to know yourself. Further information
