Immerse yourself in the world of yoga with asanas, pranayama, tantric traditions, and self-exploration. Levi-Yoga means elevating your yoga practice to a new level. Following the tradition of yoga and new scientific findings and methods of Banda-Yoga by Dr. Ray Long from California, a yoga style is formed that can elevate all levels. Treat yourself to a yoga break to turn your gaze inward, reflect on your decisions and being, and contemplate the future.
Start our retreat with: yoga, meditation, mindfulness, vision work, manifesting, and time for yourself. You can expect daily yoga and meditation sessions, group hikes in nature, mindfulness training, and close interaction with the long-standing yoga teacher and professional in therapeutic yoga, Helmut Nirija’s husband.
Daily breakfast and dinner at the hotel with delicious, regional specialties are, of course, provided. The retreat requires no prior knowledge or experience, only an open heart and joy for yoga!

Regarding the yoga style: Helmut Nirijas focuses on healthy, correct breathing in his classes and exercises tailored to individual bodies. Props like blocks and straps support in asanas and create new ranges of movement. His yoga style is a mix of classical Hatha Yoga and Bandha Yoga by Dr. Ray Long, with a touch of Yin Yoga and meditation. “With the eyes of love, you see the essential!”
