FACADE WORKS FROM MARCH 9, 2026
From March 9, 2026, necessary facade works will be carried out. The work will take place in phases on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Hotel operations will continue without restriction – all booked services will be available as usual.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AT CAMBOMARE WATER PARK
From Monday, June 8 through Monday, June 22, 2026, the annual maintenance will take place at the CamboMare water park.
During this period, the indoor pool area and the sauna area will be closed. The outdoor pool will be open, weather permitting

The JUFA Familienresort Kempten***s is the Family-Resort that provides for a first-class comfortable stay!
The modern family resort offers comfort and tastefully furnished rooms for a relaxing stay at reasonable prices. Shower, WC, TV, safe and free WLAN included. Start the day with a generous breakfast buffet. You can also chat or simply enjoy yourself in the atrium café. The popular CamboMare adventure pool is directly adjacent to the family resort. Admission is included in the room price. A spacious pool and sauna world, adventure slides, an outdoor pool and sports pool ensure action and relaxation in one day. The family resort was proud to receive the “Bett+Bike Betrieb” award from the ADFC. Cycling fans can explore miles of fantastic cycle paths in Kempten and are provided with everything they need for a relaxing ride by the hotel’s own bike rental service.

JUFA tip: Hike the 3.4 km circular trail (approx. 45 min.) and enjoy the natural shore! - Moorweiher – 12 minutes by car – free of charge – sunbathing lawns, two swimming areas & children’s playground

Getting there
The JUFA Familienresort Kempten***s is located just outside the centre of Kempten, next to the CamboMare leisure and water park and can be reached easily by car. Guests can make use of the on-site parking spaces for cars and buses (€ 3.00/night).
Travelling from Munich: A96 direction Memmingen / Lindau – Intersection Memmingen – A7 direction Flüssen – Exit Kempten – 4km at Adenauerring – turn right into Lindauer Straße / CamboMare – turn right again into the street at Göhlenbach – turn left into Stadtbadstraße.
Travelling from Stuttgart: A8 direction Munich / Ulm – Intersection Ulm Elchingen – A7 direction Flüssen – Exit Kempten – 4km at Adenauerring – turn right into Lindauer Straße / CamboMare – turn right again into the street at Göhlenbach – turn left into Stadtbadstraße.
Kempten main station – take line 7 to ZUM and continue with bus line 6 to Aybühlweg/Sportpark. Bicycles can be taken on the bus to a limited extent. For more detailed information on how to reach us by other forms of public transport, please refer to the websites of Mona, Deutsche Bahn and ÖBB.

We have 6 seminar and workshop rooms between 25 and 135 m². They have Wi-Fi, a flipchart, pinboard, screen, a moderation case, notepads and pens.
On request we adapt the menu to your needs. Please let us know about special dietary requirements in good time.
Parking is available in the hotel’s own car park for € 3 per night.
You will find the cancellation terms in your booking confirmation. If you want to rebook at another JUFA Hotel, our group and seminar department or the booked hotel will explain your options.
Our prices are based on a minimum of 10 participants. Smaller groups are welcome too, contact us for an individual offer.
