State-of-the-art sports facilities are available at the sports resort: An artificial turf pitch for soccer training and matches and multi-purpose halls for indoor sports such as badminton, volleyball, basketball and handball. A special treat for hotel guests is free admission to the outdoor pool Fürstenfeld, the largest pool in Austria.

The hotel stands on Burgenlandstraße in Fürstenfeld, the main town of the East Styrian thermal spa region. The railway station is 2 kilometres away.

- Café im Park with a sun terrace and the hotel bar
- Indoor play area, playground and play meadow, plus beach soccer, a sand volleyball court, a fun court and billiards
- For families: cots, high chairs in the restaurant, baby monitors, bed rails and nappy bins
- Free admission to the Fürstenfeld outdoor pool for hotel guests. With the GenussCard, admission to the Loipersdorf thermal spa from 4 pm is included from the third night
- Accessible rooms and a lift, the pavilion wing and the bowling alley cannot be reached by wheelchair
- Dogs are welcome all year round, for a surcharge
- Free parking at the hotel, coach parking and four charging points for electric cars
- Wi-Fi in the lobby and the rooms
- For cyclists: a lockable space, a washing point and charging for e-bikes, certified as a Bett+Bike hotel

The restaurant seats around 200, and there is also Café im Park and the sun terrace. While you eat, children can let off steam in the play area.
