The ice skating rink in the village delights every ice dancer – young or old. After a long excursion, you can look forward to the hotel’s own sauna and relaxation area and the modern, brightly designed rooms. Children can let off steam in the snow on the large playground or in the indoor play cave!

You are welcome to use our sauna area during our short break! As we care about our environment and our energy consumption, we only turn on the sauna when there are at least 3 people. Please register with us before your sauna session so that we can prepare everything for you and provide you with a relaxing stay.

Getting there
Please note that additional toll charges may apply for your journey. You can find detailed information and the option to book online directly on the ASFINAG website.
Access is permitted ONLY via Kaltbachstrasse/Herbergsgasse. (No through traffic on Eschengasse!)
Coming from the north/south: A10 Tauern Autobahn: Take the St. Michael im Lungau exit, keep right after the toll booth, and immediately after the St. Michael im Lungau town sign, follow the signs to the left.
Coming from the east:
In the town of Scheifling, turn off the B317 onto the B96 toward Murau / A10 Tauern Autobahn. Follow the road to Mauterndorf. Continue toward the A10 Tauern Autobahn or St. Michael. Turn left toward St. Michael and drive almost through the entire town. Just before the town limits (at the town sign), make a sharp right turn and follow the signs to your destination.
Coming from the south: Take the A10 Tauern Autobahn to the Rennweg exit. Follow the B99 over the Katschberg. Turn left toward St. Michael and, just before the town limits, turn sharply right following the signs.
Important in winter: Be aware of the steep incline and the requirement for snow chains!
Coming from the north (no tunnel toll): Take the A10 Tauern Autobahn to the Radstadt exit. Follow the B99 to Radstadt. Continue on the B99 toward Obertauern (Radstädter Tauern) and, at Mauterndorf, stay on the road toward St. Michael / A10 Tauern Autobahn.
Then turn left into the town of St. Michael. Just before the town limits (at the town sign), take a sharp right turn and follow the signs to your destination.
Note: Please be aware that the Radstädter Tauern may be partially closed in winter!
From Salzburg Main Station (or Radstadt) to Tamsweg Railway Station by Postbus – then continue from Tamsweg Railway Station to St. Michael by Postbus.
