The ‘Getting to know Ayurveda’ offer pampers you with a 50-minute full-body oil massage (Snehana). Gentle and powerful alternate skilfully, releasing tension in the body. The Snehana massage can have a healing effect on body, mind and soul and activates your self-healing powers. A 25-minute foot massage (Padabhyanga) is also included. This is an extremely soothing and relaxing treatment. After an Ayurvedic foot massage, you will not only feel deeply relaxed, but also have particularly soft and supple feet.
